For the tenth anniversary of its launch, Spotify has just unveiled the list of the most listened artists, songs and albums of all time on the platform. Among the big winners, Drake, Ed Sheeran, The Weeknd or Post Malone. All the numbers on Pure Charts!

This year, Spotify celebrates ten years of its creation. In a decade, it has established itself as the most popular streaming platform. With 70 million subscribers, 160 million users, 40 million titles available and no less than 3 billion playlists, the site of Swedish origin quickly surpassed its competitors Apple Music or Deezer. Thus, to celebrate a "decade of discovery", Spotify has just unveiled the record figures of artists, titles and albums most listened to on the platform since 2008. For information, at the very beginning of the platform ten years ago, "Viva Coldplay's "Vida" was both the most-watched album and song. As for the most popular solo artist, it was a certain Lady Gaga. But overall, unsurprisingly, the big winner is Drake. Thanks to the "Scorpion" cardboard on the site (a billion taps in one week - a record! And 3.6 million in total), Drizzy has therefore exceeded the 50 billion listenings mark on all platforms, including 14.28 billion on Spotify, making him the most listened to artist in the world, likewise for his hit "One Dance" played 1.5 billion times.

"Far behind", Ed Sheeran plays the dolphins. The young Briton can boast of having been heard more than 9.4 billion times including 6.5 million just for "Divide", logically the most streamed album of all time, while "x" is fourth . It's the same for his hits: "Shape of You" and "Thinking Out Loud" are respectively the first and fifth songs most listened with 1.9 and 1.1 billion plays. For its part, Eminem is busy closing the podium, proof that the legends are still at the rendezvous. Between his countless classics and the album "Kamikaze" surprise album late August, the Detroit native sounded several billion times. In the lead, his best-of "Curtain Call" cumulates 3.16 billion streams, becoming the eleventh album most listened to on the platform. In the rest of the ranking, we find the big behemoths of the decade as The Weeknd, Ariana Grande or, more surprisingly, Kanye West. The only group in the top 10 is Coldplay, seventh in the standings.

In terms of titles, it is Justin Bieber who pulls the pin by placing three titles (the remix of "Despacito", "Love Yourself", "Sorry") that make him the eighth most popular singer on Spotify. It is the same for the Chainsmokers who, if they are not in the first 10 artists, classify two titles over the billion listening: "Closer" and "Do not Let Me Down". In addition, Spotify reveals the list of the most listened track every year: it is interesting to note that seven of them are no longer in the final ranking of the most streamed of all time as "Happy" Pharrell Williams or " Can not Hold Us "by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. Finally, we can note the huge startup of Post Malone. Nearly two years ago, the American rapper placed his "rockstar" hit as the fourth most popular song on the platform, while his two albums are among the most popular: "Beerbongs & Bentleys" and "Stoney", respectively in fifth and eighth place. But his reign will certainly not stop there!
